Can't seem to figure out how to import my address contacts from my web based email into my new Tour 9630 version 5.0. I have created a csv file, but can't figure out how to sync it using the BB desktop manager, it keeps wanting to sync outlook. can anyone help?

Is no one else having this problem? All the solutions relate to older BB's. It makes snese that if the older verions could do it that the Tour should be able to as well. HELP!!!!!

Google is great.
The first result tells me exactly what to do.

You need to configure the sync to use the ASCII importer/exporter, which you then point to your CSV file.

The Tour isn't the issue. Your sync settings in Desktop Manager are. If you want to import/export with a CSV you need to configure sync to do so.
