Default A few general problems

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, I've had my blackberry curve 8900 now for about 6months and have started having a few problems with it.

Firstly every so often it will freeze and the screen will go white with the ticking clock in the center and the red light on in the corner. What does this mean because it often does it 2/3 times a day and is fairly agrivating when in the middle of a bbm convo.

Secondly, I can no longer access the blackberry apps aplication. Every time I do it tells me to upgrade my service to a plan that includes browsing..etc, however, I have had no problem using this app before or other applications I have downloaded or with the internet. I also know my service plan should include browsing.

Finally, my twitterberry application stopped working telling me I had a 'network request failed' so I downloaded tinytwitter instead and that tells me 'network exception: tunnel failed' what does this mean and is it linked to my second problem at all? they were all working fine before...

please help
thank you!

Its rebooting.

There have been problems with app world on uk carriers. some have it fixed, some don't. call your carrier, asking for technical support and talk it through with them.
