Are All your contacts in Outlook Already? Looks like contact 572/573 is corrupt.

If all you contacts are in Outlook you can delete your device address and then resync.

I fond the problem and resyn done!

As I understood, BB Addr. book consider each contact is a record. Each records contains fields. When we put in information foe each field, we have to comply the structure of the field. My fault is in Birthday field, I did put 2 digits (instead of 4). When I corrected that, I resyn successfully.

It took me 4 hours to find out, especially when i found the same problem in this link:

Its always a good idea to backup your contacts, I use ZBook and it does and excellent job and its easy to edit/change or delete information straight from your PC. Also everything is OTA so no need to carry cables!
