What's up everyone?

Quick question - I have a personal BB and just started a new job. As many companies do, there are some expectations to check your email/be available after hours. Rather than have to pull out my work based laptop, I'd like to be able to get these on my BB... ran it by our tech guys... all is cool there, but they're not giving me BES access. No biggy, found a workaround for exchange through BIS setup where it grabs the email from our externally-hosted exchange webmail access and we're good on that front.

I don't want to receive my work emails during the day on my BB since I'm right in front of my computer, and it's basically just making me click read on both work PC and on BB... so, I was wondering 2 things:
1) is there a way I can set this up so that when I read an email in outlook during the day, it shows up as read or doesn't come to my BB? or...
2) Can I set up a time based filter that nothing gets forwarded to the device between 8:30am-5:00pm, but from 5PM-midnight (or similar) I do get my emails on the device?

Did a search around the forums and didn't see anything... hope you guys can help. Sorry about the long question, just rather explain it all than have questions come back that I have to answer.

I don't think you can do a timed based delivery filter. I use a third party alert package (Message Alerts), which allows various actions based on various criteria.

One option would be to automatically delete messages to your work address (just make sure you don't synch deletions!) that arrive during business hours. They'd still be delivered to your BB, but you'd never see them.
