Default HTTP Error 400: Bad Request

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I'm new to both Blackberry and also forum so if this is not the right place to post, please one of the admins to move this to it rightfull place.

Since a few weeks I'm administering BES for one company. BES version is 4.0.4.6.
Problem is, only for two users as far as I know, that when they access http ://mobile.xing.com they receive this error:

HTTP Error 400: Bad Request

Details: Connection refused mobile.xing.com:443

Both users have BB8900 models.

Can you please help with this issue or provide guiding to what I should check/investigate.
If more details are needed, please ask and I'll try and provide.

Thanks !

Probably something in their browser settings. Have you compared them to BB's that don't get the HTTP 400 error?

No https sites can be accessed, except the company's OWA.
Also no https sites could ever be accessed, at least that what the user said.
Could this be a firewall issue ?
