So locally,we have two carriers - Digicel and bmobile.. On bmobile, you can use your phone as a modem. On digicel , you cant. This is a big problem. Did they block it or something?

Is there someway to get around that?

You have to ask them.

Many carriers require a tethering package over and above the normal voice and data plans.

If they block it, you probably can't get around it .....legally.

...or at least try Googling "Digicel" and "tether".
