Default Blackberry Curve Contacts missing, but there....

Please Login to Remove!

I have a Blackberry Curve, and my contacts are missing.......??? But when I dial a known number in my contacts the information (even picture) pops up.....in my call log.

Sim phone book has only my original address book, but nothing new that has been added since........???

I have pulled the battery to try and reset the phone, but to no avail. Does anyone have any other suggestions, that might help me access my contacts again......???

Thanks!

Open Contacts and use the Menu key to access Filters. Sounds like you have a filter checked. Uncheck anything that's currently checked and the missing contacts will re-appear. Hopefully!

Default Rambos advise worked for me

I have no idea how that filter was checked on my BB, but it was.

And now it's unchecked and all is well. Thanks!!

A lot of people assume that filters automatically reset themselves. It's easy to check a filter and then forget about it.
