My BB has fallen and i have downloaded the software.How do i proceed with the uploading on my phone..?

Follow the instructions in the sticky at the top of the series forum for your model. Follow instructions exactly as written.

I wouldn't wipe the BB without backing up the data first. There's a standard OS upgrade procedure outlined in every "Latest OS" thread (mentioned by TXLady) that includes a backup and restore of your data. You might want to still perform a separate backup first.

Default 'Reload Software 513' what can I do?

I've got this problem,
this morning I was downloaden music from PC to my Bold 9000 and then I entered the wrong password. Now I only have a white screen with in the middle 'Reload Software: 513'. What can I do now?

Please, can somone help me!!

But I live in Holland, and it's not working here.
On the website I read that It's only working when you live in Japan.
Do you have another option?
