When I go to my SMS and MMS screen I click on the menu button and then click on the Message Alerts but nothing happens. It just goes back to the SMS and MMS screen. I want to change my alerts for email/sms etc but I can't get into the area I need to get into to make the changes. Its like it has lost its link to the next page to make the choices. I'm stumped and could really use some help here

Go to profiles . Change them there.

I'm sorry but neither of your answers work! I know that after I click the button or profile button....even through the menu nothing comes up. I can not even create a new profile if I wanted to. That button doesn't work either!

Sounds like you might need to wipe the handheld and re-install the Operating System.
