Default bluetoothing contacts?

Please Login to Remove!

I have not been able to do this so far. Is there any way to bluetooth contacts from one 8330 to another? I have the devices paired and the "address book transfer" set to "all entries". I have been able to transfer pictures and such but cannot for the life of me get the contacts to transfer. If there isn't a way to bluetooth, can they be transferred via pin to pin? Any help would be appreciated!!

I have this same question for Curve 8310 . . . I have my Old Curve with a broken USB port and I cannot get my address book out of it and onto my New Curve. The two Curves are paired via Bluetooth but I see no apparent option for exporting my contacts from Old to New.

Nor will either Curve CONNECT with my Mac via Bluetooth . . . each Curve will PAIR with my Mac but neither will CONNECT to the Mac.

Default bluetoothing or send via bluetooth contacts

in order to bluetooth your contacs from your blackberry to another follow these steps:

1. pair up your BB with other new device "Could be New BB device or any other cell phone".

2. once its paired up, in your "bluetooth paired device" list scroll down to your paired new BB/New Cell device.

3. once you scrolled down to your paired device click on your blackberry button & choose "Transfer Contacts" & your new paired will prompt to accept transfered contact.

and that should solve it

I am trying to do this.

I have the devices paired but I do not get the option to transfer contacts from the paired devices menu. They are both BlackBerry Curve phones

When you do this does it just copy the entries from one onto the other or does it overwrite the addres book on the receiving device? Can you use this same procedure to copy calendar entries?
