I have a number of users who have been recently reporting to our helpdesk that they arent not getting emails through to their Blackberrys. Upon investigation folder redirection, for all who report it, has been switched off for all folders, but their sent items.
It can be switched back on via BES or the device, but may drop out again at any point which is becoming very frustrating for some people.
We are running BES 220.127.116.11.
Any help appreciated.
