Completely remove "key"

I purchased SyncJe For Blackberry after successfully giving the trial a spin. To my horror, using O-Sync as the SynchML, after purchasing SyncJe it will not successfully synchronize 100+ contacts on my NN Tour with 100+ different contacts on the server side.

I'm not here to complain about the technical issues or issues with Nexthaus (for which there are plenty of each).

What I do want to know is how to completely remove the "key" that is installed with the product. I deleted the application and then went in to Options --> Advanced and also deleted the Sync Client that I found there. Do these actions completely remove the "key" or is there something else lurking on my BB Tour? And if there is, how do I remove all traces/keys/info such that SyncJe can no longer be used?

Doesn't anyone know?

Can someone from RIM answer this?

rshapiro, the normal forums "decorum" asks that one not "bump" their posts more than once every 24 hours. You've done it now twice in 4.5 hours. Please stop. No one is ignoring, and believe me, if you every look around this forum, IF someone knew the answer to your question, it certainly would have been answered by now. People here are very helpful and don't hold back.

To your question: I don't know definitively, BUT you can do two things:
1. Test your question by reloading SyncJe. If it installs with the key in place, then it didn't delete. If it installs and still requires the key, it did. Probably.
2. Ask the developer. That would be the logical place to get support, especially so if this matter is that urgent.

I doubt RIM will know what a third party app does and even if they did, probably won't answer your question on a third party application. RIM doesn't even answer questions about their own products.

But if you persist, here:
BlackBerry - Incident Based Support

Now, check back here tomorrow and see if anyone has responded to your query with more information than I have been able to provide.
Good luck.
