Question one email, two blackberries

Please Login to Remove!

I have a client that insists on having his sales email address hit two blackberries... i said distrobution group (this is through BIS btw) he said no, he didn't like that idea.

My next question, can you have [email address] setup on two blackberries using the email settings icon? he doesn't want this forwarded as they need to reply using [email address] when they answer messages.

I'm a BES admin but i have no clue on this side.

Are both blackberries on the same carrier?
If they are, there is only 1 BIS account, and only 1 BB can be registered with it at any one time.
If they are on different carriers, he has 2 BIS accounts, and can setup the email address in both BIS accounts.
