Unhappy JVM Error 102

Please Login to Remove!

My BB 7290 is a 2005 manufactured pc. I have an error JVM 102 reset. My phone does not even start. I have tried to follow the advices given in the forum to reset using JL_Cmder and downloading OS and device manger, but it has not worked as when i download an OS and add it thru the desktop manager, the software shows "an XML error in line1". not sure what to do. and am not sure what the version of the OS should be. I am from India. My service provider Vodafone. They to are unable to help me too. My desktop manger says its v4.0.1.12. Please help solve my problem.thank you
