Default Policy Problems after moving BPS

Please Login to Remove!

Moved my Blackberry Professional Server for Exchange a week ago.

Everything seems to be running fine, except for a policy related warning in my event logs for all the users.

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: BlackBerry Policy Service
Event Category: None
Event ID: 20000
Date: 11/17/2009
Time: 1:34:33 AM
User: N/A
Computer: SRV-BLACKBERRY
Description:
{XXXXXXX@communitycollege.org, PIN=XXXXX, UserId=XX}RequestHandler::SendKeyRegenerationReque st: Sending Key Regeneration request to device

Some users are complaining they are getting a Enterprise Activation Request.

Blackberry Professional Software Version 4.1.4.3

Wiping each device is NOT an option. However Wiping and rejoining the phone solves the problem.

Default

When you "moved" the BlackBerry server... did you use a new database or a new SRP?

Can you describe in detail how you did this move?

Default

BlackBerryBackup.exe on the old server
I recorded The SRP information from the old server

Restore using BlackBerryBackup.exe to new server
Plugged in SRP info to new server, from the old server.

Default Still having an issue with this

One by one, users get severed from the blackberry server.

Only way I found to deal with it, is it wipe each devise and re-activate it.

All I did was move servers using the backup utility that came with the software. Should be much easier than this.
