Unhappy new to this

Hi everyone, i have just purchased a s/hand bb it was on v/fone but was unlocked to 02.i would like to setup email on this fone but dont know if i have to contact v/fone or 02 for password to set up the e mail or how to go about it, can anyone please help. Thank you in advance. My phone is a 8110 pearl.

Firstly, you need a blackberry bolt-on on your plan.
Secondly, you need to try and setup on O2.
If you get a message that the PIN is already registered, you need to contact the previous owner and tell them to call their carrier to delete the BIS account.

welcome to the group georgem............. There's an article at blackberryfaq.com re buying a blackberry off ebay, but it applies to buying a second hand blackberry from any source. It includes what Draven advises, but maybe some other tips to give you a heads up in case you run into some problems that can come with used blackberrys.
