Modifying Blackberry configuration database

I was just wondering if it is supported to add additional views to the blackberry configuration database.

You can create views but don't expect to call RIM to help you with it. We have a custom views in our db for data synchronization into our corporate address book.

Thanks for the quick response. I checked on a few sites but could not find documentation to say it is unsupported by RIM. We are trying to import information from the BES into another application.
