| Failed to start IP modem session Please Login to Remove! When i try to connect to the internet via blackberry I get the error message from the latest version of the Desktop manager:
Blackberry Desktop Manager failed to start an IP modem session using the connected device. The specified port is not open.
Any suggestions what I can do? I already tried reinstalling the desktop software but it had no effect.
