|  blackberry device manager is blocking my modem/com port
Please Login to Remove! After installing Blackbery Desktop Manager, I found that we were unable to use a modem on COM3. Checking Blackberry Device Manager in the taskbar, it shows COM1 and COM3 as being used, both with a status of "Disconnected". No phone was plugged in at the time.
Once I closed out of Blackberry Device Manager, the modem started working properly. I saw no way to stop Blackberry Device Manager from using COM3.
Any suggestions? |
