| Synch ProblemBB World Edition to Outlook 2003 Please Login to Remove! Please be patient, this is my first post to this forum.
I'm trying to synch my bosses BB World Edition phone (I think it's a 7130e) to Outlook 2003 on his laptop. All I want to do is synch the address book/contacts and calender between the two. Right now he has no data in Outlook, it's all in his phone.
I installed the BB Desktop manager software on his computer. I plugged in the phone using the USB cable. I clicked synch, got the screen on the BB showing the connection very briefly, and then it went back to the normal screen. Just in case it was a hardware problem, I switched out his USB cable with mine (I'm having no problems, but I've got a different model and use Outlook 2007.)
I uninstalled the desktop software and reinstalled it, and still nothing. At this point am at a loss. If anyone can shed some light, I'd be grateful. |
