Hi,

On the Blackberry manager (BES) there is one user (CEO) who's last contact time date from July. The strange thing is that he doesn't have any mails pending???

Now I'm sure that he has received probably hundreds of mails.
Can someone explain this to me please?

(I'm kind of new at the Blackberry manager so I hope this question isn't to stupid ;) )

Check his filters. He might have it setup not to forward anything to his BlackBerry.

Thanks for your help, but he has no filters pending on his Blackberry account.
Anyone else an idea??

I don't think last contact time is right. I bet he is online and active.
