When I open my emails on my Outlook, my Blackberry doesn’t sync and still shows me as if I have new messages. We use BES and nobody else complains about this problem. How do I fix it.

The read/unread marks do not sync immediately. You have to wait a bit depending on how busy your BES is.

I does not update by itself, I will only sinc if I do manula reconsiliatioin.
