If anyone can point me in the right direction as I am tech idiot.

I just bought a new Blackberry Tour 9630 and a new Laptop. The Blackberry user tools CD does not work - I have tried on 3 computers. I have and old Blackberry 8703 that I want to get all the address book info from and put on my laptop and my new Tour - I want to sync my computer with my phone. I never did it before.

Does anyone have any suggestions

Download blackberry device manager
BlackBerry - BlackBerry Desktop Software - BlackBerry Software at
and then sync the old blackberry contacts to outlook and then sync back to the tour.
This isn't the real Caesar's Palace, is it?
What do you mean?
Did um, did Caesar live here?
Um... no.
I didn't think so.

How are you trying to use the tools on the Desktop? What OS is on the laptop?

You need to install Desktop Manager onto the laptop and then use the switch device wizard to move certain data from the old device to the new.

To sync contacts and calendar info, you need a program such as Outlook.
