HELP!
I have a BB Bold 9000. I bought it on ebay and I can't disable the PW access nor can I send MMS. How can I tell if it has an IT policy that needs to be removed. I have been told I need to go to JL_Comdr and do a reset to factory. But I'm new at this and don't know how. Can anyone tell me EXACTLY what I need to do. I don't want to ruin my phone to where I can't use it. I did try to download the JL Comdr but my computer says it can't open this file?
Any help would be appreciated.

I did everything but when JL Comdr went to red screen it never asked me to type in blackberry. Does that mean it did not complete?

You did not indicate the OS level, The PC OS your using or if you followed the instructions on the FAQ. Do you have all the various required applications installed such as Desktop Manager?
Try reading the entire requirements and follow each step. JL Cmdr works.
