I've only had my bb for a few months and it worked great, but about three weeks ago (maybe 4) tmo had a global outage and I've had some problems since then. The first is that NO video will load. It doesn't matter what site I try to view videos, and even when I'm on wifi it always gives me an error message saying there was an error loading the video. Another problem I'm having is that about 60% of the time when I try to view websites I get an error message saying that the gateway wasn't found. Again, it doesn't matter if I'm on edge or wifi, and I have to reload the page a dozen times before it will finally load. And finally I don't know if this is actually a problem, or maybe people just don't like me, but I added about 2 dozen people to my bb messenger off of the thread on the fourms and no one has accepted yet. Its been a few hours, so I can't imagine that no one has seen my request yet, but I dunno what's goin on. Any help is much appreciated. |
