Problem with mail on 8900
 

Hi all,

I'm new here and kind of a new user to Blackberry. I have a Curve 8900 ad kind of pleased with the services and facilities. Everything has been working ok since, but I seem to have encountered a problem and hoping for some help.

I have my 2 email accounts setup on my phone and just setup a 3rd one. Now the push service works fine with the existing 2 emails but not with the new one. I believe this is because the email name and login name are different. For example:

Email =
Login = abc.1

Is there a way to configure a different login name for an email account created without it taking the name from the email address?

I hope I have explained myself well.
