Default Send to voicemail while phone is locked?

Is there a setting that I may be overlooking that can automatically send all incoming calls to voicemail if my 8700 is locked?

Just forward all voice calls unconditionally.

That won't factor in the locked / unlocked state of the phone though.

The call goes into voicemail.

I have a user who insists when his phone is locked all his calls go into his voicemail without ringing his phone at all. I am not sure what he did. I moved him back to the Default policy with the auto locking turn off for the time being. There are many other people in the same User policy that he was in but none of them have this problem, so I assume he did something on his phone. I was not aware that this was even possible to have calls automatically sent to voicemail when the phone was locked but ring the phone while unlocked.

There's a "do not disturb" option for the Phone setting in profiles. He probably changed his profile, adding do not disturb...

Or he unconditionally forwared all his calls to voicemail. Have him go into his forwarding options or call the carrier to have them reset it to the normal settings.

the do not disturb is not dependant nor linked in any way to whether the phone is locked or unlocked. I don't think that is the problem.
