Default Problems with Blackberry Curve 8900

Please Login to Remove!

I have three problems with my phone right now.

My call log has always been good about logging all the calls I've made/received, but in the past few weeks it's been acting up. I can delete the call logs for everyone except for my ex-boyfriend, and my mom. If I try to delete them, it will pop up saying "Deleting log..." and it will stay there for hours until I disconnect it myself. Once I disconnect, I look and none of the calls have even been deleted.

Also, when clicking on "View History" for these two callers, they are old calls and my phone will not log any recent calls from them.

It also won't log any calls I make, but it will sometimes log ones I receive.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?
What should I do about it?

My second problem is this error message that pops up when my phone has been reset. It resets itself quite often when I'm in the middle of surfing the net, or looking at pictures, etc. The screen will just go completely white, and I'll have to wait about 5-10 minutes for it to come back on.

Last, but not least, I have a lot of personalized ringtones. Alot of them have been deleted, but upon going into my "normal profile" to change the phone ringtone, all of the ringtones I've ever downloaded are still in there, even though they don't exist in the ringtones folder. Granted, they won't play and I can't use them, but what's up with the names being there? It's extremely frustrating and inconvenient.

Someone please help!
