I haven't a clue how to find the URL for T-Mo 9700 BIS.
With ATT, it was simple: google and there it is.
T-Mobile is sending me all over the place.
Can anyone kindly help?

If you haven't already, go to http://www.t-mobile.com/ and register for My T-Mobile. Then log into My T-Mobile, and, if necessary, click on the "not your phone" link and change to your model. You should see the Blackberry Internet email link at that point, and from there you may have to enter you blackberry PIN and IMEI numbers if not already in the system, and go from there.
