With the new EVDO update for the 7250, the tethered modem usage seems like a good feature.

Here's my question...
If I am using the device as a tethered modem (connected to the internet, using my corporate VPN...) - Can I simultaneously place/answer voice calls?

No. Unfortunately, the internal modem connect you on both voice and data simultaneously.

Although ... in theory, if you're getting a good throughput you could use some kind of VOIP solution for simultaneous voice/data ...
