My dad has the Tour. Has 5 email accounts, 2 being Gmail. After Verizon setup his email he was getting gmail in separate inboxes. He then did something in desktop manager, but can't recall what, and ever since all gmail comes into his BBmail box only. He'd like to keep his Gmail separate. How does he do this? GMail app? or is there another way to accomplish this internally or in settings etc?

Check his hidden icons, there should be a mailbox icon for each email address. Verizon may have hidden them.

I have one mailbox that holds all mail from all email addresses and have an icon for each mailbox(but mine are hidden b/c I don't mind having all emails sent to one mailbox.) I have 3 gmail addresses

Yes I found those other icon/mailboxes, and there's nothing in them. The only mailbox populated with gmail is the BB icon/inbox.
