Default Outlook Calendar Sync Issues

Please Login to Remove!

My Calendar isn't syncing using DM, address book is fine. I have multiple emails set up in both Outlook and on my BB.

Any ideas?

Was it fine and then you had a problem, or are you doing this for the first time?

I only really just noticed it as I don't sync that often. Someone sent me a calendar appointment last week and that shows on my BB but when I just tried to sync I'm not getting everything else that's in my outlook calendar.

Start desktop manager, open the sync module, and review your settings. Make sure you configured your calendar. Go through all the settings. Post back if there is something you don't understand. But check out your settings first and make sure that is not the problem.

P.S. You'll need to connect your blackberry, I believe.

Yes I've done that. My calendar is two way sync with Outlook. In advanced I've selected 2 folders to be mapped:

Mailbox - xxx\calendar (default)
Personal Folders\calendar

Although below that it only shows one folder mapped.

Ok. I'm not where I can look at desktop manager. The two folders matter is over my head. I may have to leave for someone else to answer. I don't remember seeing anything like that. I'll have to look at DM tonight.

Out of curiosity, are you running more than one profile in Outlook? And which version of desktop manager are you using?

If meaning profiles you mean accounts then yes - I have five emails addresses set up in outlook.

I had that problem. Delete the CICAL from your service books. Options - Advanced Options - Service Books. Then resync. That worked for me.

Hopefully ArgonNJ's tip is the answer.

What I meant about the profiles is if you created more than one profile. You can have multiple email accounts in a single profile, which is what I do. As I understand, though, multiple profiles will use their own pst files. I'm just trying to understand you have Outlook setup with more than one profile and if that is why you see the two folders you mention above.

That's what I would do... Delete all of them.

Do a battery pull afterward and check to make sure they were all pushed back to your blackberry. If not, resend service books.

I am trying to follow the advice that fixed Argon's situation since I have a similiar problem.

How do you 'Resend Service Books'? I deleted Cical and can't seem to get it to come back.
