I have a blackberry 8110 and do not receive messages that have media (Sound or Pictures) attached to them. In one case someone in the same office sent me a sound file but I have never received the message and today my daughter sent me a photo of my new Grandson but I have not received this message either. Has anyone got any ideas?

This could be due to an IT Policy on your device. If you're currently connected through a corporate BES, or if your BB was previously on one, the IT Policy could be restricting attachments. Can you send attachments to other people? Try a sound file or picture.
