I have the misfortune to own a blackberry storm that has given me nothing but frustration I would reccomend it to no one. however the latest is the roxio media progam which is now blocking up my pc and I cant get it off when I googled the problem there was over 580 000 hits yet blackberry and roxio have no postings on how to solve this problem. I would be grateful to anyone out there who could help

How did you uninstall? I would have run the desktop manager installer and slected uninstall.
