My environment is Windows XP/Outlook 2003/BES/BB7290
A user is complaining that when he scrolls through his email on his BB, it tags the message as read and unbolds it in Outlook. He definitely wants his messages to remain bold until he has actually read it.
Any hints? Thanks.

Don't read it on the blackberry?

would turning off auto reconciliation help this issue?
Although then nothing would be marked as read.
I'm not totally familiar with the option, so maybe someone can confirm.
