The Desktop Manager, included with the BlackBerry, will allow you to sync your calendar, contacts, notes and tasks. To set up wireless e-mail (BlackBerrys do not "sync" e-mail, the forward it wirelessly) you have a few choices. There is an excellent sticky thread here - UPDATED! FAQ, Software, Upgrade, Ringtones, Themes, Internet, IM, Modem, Tips, Tricks - that has a sub thread about the different ways of getting e-mail to your BlackBerry.

Good luck.
