Default Can a user view a lotus Mail-in database or a second mail file on the Blackberry?

Please Login to Remove!

We have a BES server and many users access their mail through their BlackBerries. Is it possible to have a second mail file or a mail in db display on the BlackBerry?

Any help would be appreciated.

Blackberry's can have multiple mail boxes. If they can be on a BES server that's another question. Generally the user has his inbox shown in the messages folder on the BB. The other mail boxes are usually via another server set up to either forward mail or the carrier service will request the mail. Possibly with some experimentation you can have the other mail boxes forward the mail via an alias name. The only issue I see is the carriers service requesting the email from a firewall blocked server in your company's network from an outside request. If you allow internet access to the mail server( very unusual ) then it may be easy
Someone else may have more specific info.

Good luck and Welcome to the Forums.
