1. How did you put the music on your 9700?
2. Where did you put it?
3. What format are the files?
4. Are they Protected files?

Default Music files on 9700

I love my 9700 but am having a nightmare trying to use high quality audio files on it. I have tried wma files but syncing to my phone through itunes is problematic because itunes seems to screw the wma files. I have tried dragging and dropping the wma files into the music folder on the BB - the files are there but if i try to access them on the phone for playback the top of the BB screen says "no songs". I have tried wav files but they are huge and cannot be associated with album art
All i want is the best quality audio with appended album art - - any advice hugely welcome.
The easiest solution would be to go back to mp3 and sync using itunes which i know works,
