Called t mobile, they told me that they charged me for recieving email, because this phone is mainly about emails.... I never read email in my phone and dont use internet at all.Well, once....
They told me to change the phone and that is the only option.

I don't know T-Mobile's rules but it seems that you need a carrier which does NOT require data plans.

You've used data at some point, or perhaps its been trying to use data.
options (wrench icon) - mobile network - data services: OFF

Then all should be well.

Maybe that will teach people to read the fine print. The carriers like to catch people with these charges.
