Rumor has it anywhere from 1qtr 2010 to 2nd Qtr 2010.
Also it looks like the delay is tied to unloading the Tour. Adding WiFi will lower the data usage and the carriers make a lot of money when from people using their network rather than subscribers using WiFi.
