If you're relying on BWC/BIS you'll need to contact the carrier to have the PIN and IMEI released so you can set them up again. If you're using a BES you can ignore as once you're set up on the BES the device will set itself up when you connect it to your PC (assuming that Desktop Manager is installed and correctly configured). I recommend that you wipe the handheld before you do anything else:
Go to the Settings
Enable security with a password
Lock the device
Enter the password incorrectly 10 times

I am using BIS... I guess I will contact Tmo and have them release the PIN and IMEI. But what positive action will come out of entering the password incorrectly 10 times????
