Default Sprint Tour In Spain

Please Login to Remove!

I'm going to Spain and want to use my Tour over there, it's native to the Sprint network in the US. Can I just purchase a prepaid SIM card in Madrid and pop it into my phone or do I have to use the Sprint supplied SIM card? Sprint charges $1.99 a minute in Spain and I believe I can purchase a prepaid SIM for less cost per minute when I get there but does it work?

From past experience with the Sprint 8830, the SIM card slot should accept any provider's card, but you will not receive your e-mail with a PAYG card. You will only be able to use voice and SMS service.
