where I come from there's no available service for the BB(no service book) , is there's a way I can use the live messenger or yahoo, cuz everytime I try to access it gives me no data service available,

Am using a storm 9530.

No, there's no way you can use those particular applications without BlackBerry Data.

The service operator must be registered with RIM and he must provide Blackberry service in it coverage area.
Sorry my friend; if your operator doesn't provide the Blackberry service you can't make full use of Blackberry. It will remain an ordinary Cell phone with GPRS enabled on it.
