I have a pc running WINXP SP3, all patches as of 12/14/2009. I just purchased a new Tour. I installed BB DM (no media manager) and the install went fine. I go to synchronize and i receive and "unknown error occurred" message. I can't configu synch without getting this message eithger.

My phone is attached and recognized. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times to no avail. Anyone have any ideas?
