we just installed a BPS 4.1.4.15 for Exchange server 2007 (running on Server 2008). BPS and exchange both are on separate servers,

its been a week and we are facing following issues:


1) one way reconciliation: it works fine from device to outlook but from outlook to device we have to press Reconcile Now from the device then it works, that means its is working on one way reconciliation.


2) BPS consuming lots of bandwidth, sometime around 2 GB just for a day.

I need to this is kinda reconciliation issue?? if not than, is there any workaround for both these issues.
