Default Changed Servers - lost Password Keeper data

Please Login to Remove!

Our IT department changed servers for our Blackberries. In the process, they did not transfer my Password Keeper data. While they think they have an idea how to recover the data for me, I'm not getting a warm-fuzzy feeling that there is much certainty about the outcome. Does this situation sound familiar to anyone, and is there a known set of successful tasks to follow?

Did you have a backup? If not, when you get your data back do a backup, if you get it back
