Default Vibrate Only for all alerts / Ringtones

Please Login to Remove!

No matter what I do I can't seem to get the phone to vibrate only for calls. I have gone to sounds, selected vibrate only and the phone still rings after vibrating twice.

I have set custom profiles and it still rings. I have set phone to silent, and it still rings after a few seconds of making no sounds.

Lastly I downloaded a ringtone and set it for the default ring, but for some reason every contact I have has the "classic phone ring" as the custom ring. Do i actually have to go through all 119 contacts and set it to my downloaded ringtone??

From which application? On the main menu I have highlighted sounds...than I choose vibrate only...and I have called my phone from my house number only to watch it vibrate 2 times, than ring.
