Need WAP settings for IM+ on 8700r using Rogers
Please Login to Remove!
I have the 8700r. Installed IM+. It requires direct entry of the WAP settings. I was able to find following.
Gateway IP:208.200.67.150
Gateway Port:9201
APN Port: blackberry.net
However this does not seem to work.
Anybody know what is required here to make the application work?
Thanks and I look forward to your replies.
...Bruce

Wirelessly posted (7250: BlackBerry7250/4.0.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1)
Hmmm. That sucks. Check also Mark Rejhon's FAQ. I'm positive that he has the settings for most north american carriers there.....
Strange that you need to enter the settings manually. IM+ worked for me immediately with no manual config. Mind you I'm on a BES.
Good luck.
