I have an ancient Blackberry 5790 and it worked well for awhile. Suddenly the jack for the earpiece stopped working unless you wiggled the plug around and even then you would just recieve an instantaneous connection. I attempted opening it up to view the jack but even with all the screws out the device will not open up. If anyone knows how to open it I would be deeply appreciative and if my entire approach the issue is wrong, please let me know.
