hi,

When I download any app from the app store on my phone I can not see it anywhere on my phone...

I cant even see the app store on my phone, I have to get a link with the download from blackberry store website and there is an option saying download via blackberry app store....

I even magicly got Gameloft on my phone when i didn't even download it..

But when I download any other app it does not come as an icon even when I restart the phone when I take the batteries out..

any suggestions please?

What country are you in?
Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan?

Did you check the apps folder or the download folder?

It may be in a folder you haven't looked in, or may be hidden, or may be hidden and in a folder.

Open the menu and select show all. You may not see the show all menu item except when in certain folders, navigate around and try again if you don't see it at first. Then, look everywhere, with show all enabled.
